I crashed my bike into a teporary sign on north valley pkwy north of
jomax. I am pretty scratched up and my jaw is broken. My mouth will be
wired shut for a few weeks. Fun times

Bob and I rode to the top of South Mt last weekend. We were rewarded

I won a free 90 minute swim anaylsis session with a coach. She videoed me from under water. Then she burned it all to a DVD and gave it to me.

We took a ride out to Chihully at the Desert Botnical Gardens this weekend. There were tons of mothers out there, because it was their day. Here are 11 pictures:

Chisholm’s at Woods Canyon Lake
Catie and I went for an hour-long run at 7600 feet. We went to Woods Canyon Lake with the GCC triathlon team. It was a beautiful day.
